Sophisticated Yet Simple
Distilled from a broad range of martial arts, DTT focuses on three movements that enable
a defender to deflect any incoming attack or series of attacks. The key to DTT's effectiveness
is that it has few "moving parts", so it remains simple to learn, easy to apply and gets
immediate results. Unlike other training systems that often rely on a static or "stop and go"
approach to the sequence of conflict, DTT teaches its students to move in "real time", training
them to fluidly process single or multiple attack scenarios.
GST Principle
DTT is designed to prevent an attacker from Grabbing, Striking or Taking down our officers.
Summarized as GST, this is the underlying principle of Defensive Tactics Technologies - if an attacker
cannot grab, strike or take you down, any threat is virtually elimated regardless of the size of the
attacker(s).
